Sonara Pack is currently in Pre-V1
Pre-V1 is the current phase of Sonara Pack. It is used to build the catalogue, test journeys, improve visibility and prepare the platform before real commercial operation.
Available now
The public catalogue, pack and track pages, audio previews, licensing system, artist publishing and downloads permitted by Pre-V1 mode already work within the current architecture.
Free acquisition in Pre-V1
The current mode allows free acquisition when this option is enabled. This makes it possible to test journeys and catalogue usefulness without presenting real payments as already available.
Not commercial yet
Stripe payments, commercial checkout and revenue from real sales remain disabled until Sonara Pack switches to commercial mode and is legally ready. A feature planned for V1 is not presented as available today.
Why Pre-V1 exists
This phase makes it possible to grow the catalogue progressively, observe how users discover content, strengthen publishing systems and improve reliability before commercial launch.
Planned for V1
V1 is intended to activate the planned commercial operation: payments, platform commissions and artist revenue once launch conditions are met. Content reserved for V1 mode, including MIDI and certain DAW projects, is also planned in the architecture.
A deliberate separation
Sonara Pack technically separates Pre-V1 mode from commercial mode. This separation avoids promising or activating sales before the product and legal framework are ready.
